The Constitutional Voting Committees (CVCs) are groups of MKR holders that publicly coordinate to analyze the best voting behaviour based on a particular strategy, and publicly coordinate political positioning with other Voter Committees and voting blocs to reach compromises and middle grounds that minimize bad decisions.

There is a need for a specific class of Constitutional Conservers that create strategies that are in alignment with the Constitution. In essence, CVCs develop Governance Strategies in the form of the Governance Strategy Position Documents which relate to the 12 scopes that are laid out in the Constitution. Constitutional Delegates can then vote on these specific Governance Strategies. Read more about it in Endgame 101.
