The DAO Resiliency Improvement Initiative

The DAO Resiliency Improvement Initiative is a MakerDAO SES project that aligns Core Units and Delegates towards a broader vision and strategy for the protocol. This is one of the first strategic initiatives at MakerDAO to involve Delegates working directly with Core Units to shape the future of the protocol.

Goals & Scope

• Improve MakerDAO’s financial and operational resilience, making it more efficient and “recession-proof”
• Experiment with Core Unit & Delegate coordination to align emergent vision & strategies
• Ensure that short-term changes fit within a long-term strategy
